Caleb's Poem

Caleb wrote this poem in class last week and I thought it was wonderful. So I am sharing it with everyone. He definately has his daddy's writing talent. He seems so mature for his age. He has such an old spirit in a little boy's body! The picture was with the poem, which went perfectly with it, since he was wearing a baseball shirt!

I AM CALEB
I WONDER ABOUT GOING TO HAWAII
I HEAR MY FRIEND'S TALKING
I SEE GOD'S NATURE
I WANT TO BE A BASEBALL PLAYER.
I AM CALEB

I PRETEND TO BE A SUPERHERO.
I FEEL EVERYTHING.
I TOUCH THE GRASS.
I WORRY ABOUT DYING.
I CRY WHEN SOMEONE DIES.
I AM CALEB.

I UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING IN SCHOOL.
I ALK ALOT ABOUT BASEBALL.
I DREAM ABOUT BEING RICH.
I TRY NOT TO BE MEAN TO MY LITTLE SISTERS.
I HOPE TO BE A BETTER SON AND OLDER BROTHER.
I AM A BASEBALL PLAYER AND AN AMERICAN.

Shredding it up

Mitch took Caleb snowboarding yesterday at Hesperus. Thye both enjoyed the day together and had a great time! Caleb even told Mitch that it was the best day ever. Well, that was yesterday and this morning when Caleb woke up he was very sore, not to mention the bad sunburn on his face! Mitch had forgotten to put sunscreen on his face and forgot his goggles on top of that. So now his eyes are red and he just feels bad. Poor cal. Hopefully the memory of yesterday will keep his love of snowboarding alive!

Sweet as sugar!

Happy Valentine's Day! Here are some pictures I took of the girls this morning. Boy was it hard to keep Brynley still! I may be bias but arent they just beautiful! I love the one were Aubrie is kissing Brynley and then bryn tried to kiss me! Cute.
PS- I had to bribe Brynley with candy as you can see it is hanging out her mouth in a few shots.

Beautiful Aubrie

Such a great picture of her!

Aubrie's Accomplishment

Today was a first for Aubrie, she made her bed all by herself! And on top of that cleaned her room. All this without being told. Thank you Aubrie! You are awesome.
