My Ranch girl....

I just had to pos this because it was so funny. The other night at dinner Aubrie was eating some ranch dressing with her fish taco and said out loud " I just love ranch dressing! I could just eat a whole cup full of ranch dressing. Its so yummy." I just thought it was so cute, her expressions and the way she said it and of course, who could possibly eat a qcup of ranch dressing? I guess Aubrie could!

The cutest Harry...

Today at school it was dress up as your favorite storybook character day. As many of you know Caleb and I have been huge Harry Potter fans. He was only barely three in these pictures and was Harry for Halloween. He was Harry for Halloween every year until last year. When he was little he wanted us to call him Harry Potter. He was so dang cute! Every year he takes the class at the college about Harry Potter. I even lied about his age the first year to get him in because he wanted to so bad. And I have to admit I chose his fourth grade teacher based on the fact that she loves Harry Potter and she is is a great teacher. But really it has been something that me and Caleb have been able to share and have some common ground on. The year that Prisioner of Azkaban movie came out we went at 6am to stand in line to get tickets. Another thing we did was go to a midnight release party for book 5 at Hastings together. The Harry Potter series has had a major impact on his life. And mine. It has created some really great memories that we have been able to share together and as a family. Caleb has grown up with him in his life. He will be 9 in August and as his mom I couldnt be prouder of what a great kid he is. So here is to you Harry, I mean Caleb.

My grades

SO I just had to brag a little. I got straight A's this semester! The chemistry class I took about killed me but I did it and am so proud that I hung in there. Only three more to go! Whoo-hoo!

Happy Mother's Day

We went up to Mom and Phil's for a Mother's Day BBQ. Yummy, Phil is the best BBQ'er. The kids played outside and I got some cute pics of the kids on their bench. Brynley kept saying "cheese" Such a ham she is! Caleb and Aubrie are such photogenic kids. I jsut love taking pictures of them.

Long Beach Aquarium

The Convention where Dad recieved his award was in Long Beach. We had some time to take the girls to the Aquarium. Tey had a nice time and Brynley learned a new word "Nemo". All he fish were called Nemo's. It sounds so cute when she says it. I just love the first picture of her kissing the Nemo's.

Disneyland

We of course couldnt make a trip out to Cali and not go to the Happiest place on earth!

Brynley's buds

Brynley loves Papa and Nana's dogs. She was constantly playing with them, chasing them, hugging them even letting Samantha lick her face! Puppy kisses are her favorite.
My dad's cousin ( my second cousin) Tammy and Jeff also came out for my dad's surpise. They hung out with us for the week and fell in love with Brynley. Jeff even made a nickname for her "Bennie". Brynley called Tammy "Mammy" and would go to both of them. They enjoyed her and she enjoyed them!

And the Winner is

I just got back form California for a surprise trip for my dad. Me and a bunch of friends and family got together to honor my dad. He won Funeral Director of the Year. Out of 4,000 funeral directors my dad won. I was so proud of him and it was great to see him to happy! There was 90 of us that went to show our support and love for him. Way to go dad!
