Bar D

We went up to BAR D with some friends of ours, The Verbecks last night. I love this place. Your always in for a treat there, the music and show is fantastic. These guys a so talented and I was laughing so hard at one point I think I even cried! Love it!

Fun at the Fair

We went to the fair/carnival on Monday night. We had a great time! My kids favorite thing to do is to ride the fun slide at the carnival. I think even Mitch likes it too! I had to post this because it was so funny, when we saw the cows they had a fain blowing right at their rear ends. Why?? I have no idea but ti was hilarious!

Picnic at Lemon

This past saturday we celebrated my cousin Hannah's 13th birthday at Lemon. The kids had fun in the creek, sliding down the rock slide. When I was younger I used to do the same thing! Very cool that my kids still get to enjoy something that I once did. We had some great BBQ, which as you can see Brynley loved. The weather and scenery were beautiful, it was a great day in the mountains.

Caleb knows how to party

We woke him up singing Happy Birthday to you!
On Friday we had a party for Caleb and his friends. We went played kickball at the baseball fields and then walked across the street to the Aquatic Center to swim. It was so much fun and then we went back to our house to have cake and ice cream.
On sunday I had a family party and Caleb wanted homemade pizza's for dinner. He got "the surprise of his life" or so he says, he got a Wii from us and lots of great gifts from his family. It was a great day to celebrate the day Caleb was born.

HAPPY 9TH BIRTHDAY CALEB!

Happy Birthday My Amazing, Smart, Loving, intelligent, funny, Handsome, compassionate, athletic, Fantastic Son! I am so happy you were born. This day 9 yrs ago changed my life forever. It was the best day and has been ever since. You have brought so much joy and happiness to Dad and I. We love you and are so proud of who you are!

Capsized....

The Isaacson's invited us to go to Lake Haviland with them yesterday. We went kayaking and canoeing. The weather was great and the scenery fantastic. Mitch took Caleb ans Brynley out for the first time on the canoe and of course something happened... They capsized! I was a little freaked out but was very thankful for lifevests, they do save lives. Besides that first incident, the day was great. Thanks for sharing a great day Isaacsons!
