It's that time of year...

This year Caleb got his first job...being a Connie Mack Runner. He takes food orders for the reserved box sections at the games. Mitch and I went on Saturdday to watch the games and also watch our boy. I went over to his section and took a picture of him as he was in the process of getting an order in...He was not happy with me as you can see. He said "Geez, Mom you are so embarassing." Well thats what Mom's do. He was so cute to watch and he earned $14.00 that night. Very cool experience for him!

Last night we took the kids to the fair and carnival. We always go on Monday night. Its a tradition. Mitch's work gives us free admission, ride bracelets and food tickets to get some yummy, bad for you fair food. We ran into some friends and family and had a nice time.

When we got home last night which was late...Bryn desperately needed a bath, she was so tired she was falling asleep in it!

A week of first's has begun...

Not only will she start kindergarten in a week but I guess this girl just had to grow up even more by losing her first tooth! She pulled it out by herself and cant wait for the toothfairy to come and pay her a visit:)

Mitch found it!

Here are some pics that were missing from the previous blog posting. I am so happy that Mitch found my cord;) I knew I married you for a reason!
Caleb's birthday party. We took the boys paintballing and they all slept over.

Here are the pictures from the rodeo we went to with Hannah racing her horse Guppy. As you can see Bryn was petrified of the horse!

We moved...

I havent posted in a few weeks because we MOVED! I have been so busy with all of the struggles and stresses that moving brings, that I havent even thought of a creative or cute thing to post! We have been in our new house for 5 nights now and I still dont feel like its ours. Learning and finding out the quirks of a different place can be overwhelming and often annoying. I do like so much about our new house. The space is wonderful, the neighborhood is great and we have a nice backyard. I do not however like that the whole house is either tiled or hardwood floors. I have to make sure the kids wash their feet before bed because so much dirt gets tracked in. More rugs once we get settled will be a must! I am excited to see how we all adapt and how we also like our new ward. Its always scary to do that but Mitch and I are actually really looking forward to meeting new people and starting over on that end of things. We never really felt like we were accepted in our old ward and so this should be a nice transition for us. I am keeping the kids at Mckinley. With Caleb only having one more year left in elementary I felt it would be best for him to stay where he has been since kindergarten. Aubrie will go also and I am hoping that she will stay each year.
So other than that we are surviving and hopefully we will feel more settled and at home in a few more weeks!

Trip to Cali

We just got back from spending a week at my Dad and Mary's house for the 4th of July. We had a small "Harmon" reunion there with the cool part of our family. J/K We had such a great time! We spent the majority of the time just laying out and playing in the pool, with the exception of going to Disneyland for two days. I cant tell you how Disney'd out I am. Thanks Dad and Mary for having us out and being the best hostess's anyone could ask for. Thanks for the food and fun in the sun!
We also had my cousin Casey take family pics while we were there, I will post those later on.

We finally got to eat at the Blue Bayou Restaurant at Disneyland. It is the place where you can eat inside the Pirates of the Carribean ride. Mitch has always wanted to eat there so we made reservation ahead of time to make sure we were able to go. It was yummy:)

Takin it a little too seriously Mitch!

The first night we were there, Bryn fell at Tokyo Wako and hit her head on the table corner and got a pretty good gash on her head, here is a shot of the three staples they put in. Not a fun experience for either of us!
