So my sweet little Aubrie graduated from kindergarten and also got an award for Language Arts/Writing. This was her fourth award this year. Each semester she has been recognized for something and I am dang proud of her. She had such a great teacher this year and while it being her first year at McKinley, it was also her last. She will be going to Northeast in the fall since we moved last summer. Aubrie did so well in all of her studies. Her reading was great and she is writing well too. She loved PE and art class each week. Her attitude was always great! Mrs. Woolfolk said she cant even remember ever even getting onto Aubrie for anything in class. She was the perfect little student.
Caleb achieved another milestone in his life by completing the fifth grade and will be heading into middle school in the fall. I am having such a hard time wrapping by brain and heart around this. I thought I would have cried at the moving on ceremony today but instead found myself feeling numb. Numb to the fact that my baby boy is taking another step closer to not being my baby and to becoming a teenager. Scary thoughts enter my brain as I say the word "teenager". I am so dang proud of Caleb and the person he is. He is such a good brother to his sisters and is such a good kid for Mitch and I. Caleb recieved a spelling award, he got straight A's again all year and also recieved the Presidential Academic Achievment Award!
Way to go Caleb and Aubrie! I am proud of both of you and cant wait to see what lies ahead for you next year as you both take on new challenges in your life.

The nice thing is when Caleb finishes his teenage years, you will still have me! I will always be a teenager! Especially in 20 years from now, I will have "Oldtimers desease", and I'll be calling you "mama" haha
Excellent Job Caleb and Aubrie!!!!!
Way to go Caleb and Aubrie! I had a hard time when Tyler started middle school too. I think it's normal to feel that way, especially when it's your oldest child.
Way to go Kids!!! You SHOULD be very proud of your kids they are amazing. They have had great examples for parents so kudos to you and Mitch too...keep up the good work, all of you!
